We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances. All eligible claims are settled exclusively through product exchange.
Unboxing video ( mandatory requirement):
An unedited, continuous video recording of the package opening is mandatory for any exchange request. The video must clearly capture the sealed condition of the package, the unboxing process, and the product upon opening. Requests submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be entertained.
Exchange request window:
Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery. Requests submitted beyond this window will not be accepted. Customers are advised to inspect their order promptly upon receipt.
